Brightside Front Porch is a service of Brightside Exteriors, operated under the Brightside Exteriors business. These Terms of Service apply to the use of our website, forms, and services.

By booking services with Brightside Front Porch (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

Services

Brightside Front Porch provides seasonal front porch décor services, including delivery, styling, setup, and removal of rented décor items. Décor selections vary by package and porch size. Specific items are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

Pricing is based on selected package, porch size, and any add-on services.

Payments are non-refundable once setup has been completed.

Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to your porch on the scheduled service date.

If we are unable to complete setup or removal due to blocked access, pets, locked gates, or unsafe conditions, rescheduling fees may apply.

Delivery and removal windows are scheduled in advance and may be adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes to your booking must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.

Cancellations made prior to setup may be eligible for a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

Once décor has been installed, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Décor Care & Responsibility

All décor items remain the property of Brightside Front Porch.

Clients are responsible for reasonable care of rented items during the service period.

Damage beyond normal wear, loss, or theft may result in additional charges.

Décor should not be moved, altered, or stored by the client unless approved in advance.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Our décor is designed for outdoor use, but severe weather may cause natural wear or damage. Brightside Front Porch is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, wind, flooding, or other acts of nature.

Liability

Brightside Front Porch is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses related to porch conditions, pre-existing damage, or hazards outside of our control. By booking our services, you agree to release Brightside Front Porch from liability for incidental or consequential damages.

Photography & Marketing

We may take photos of completed porch setups for marketing and promotional purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared. If you prefer not to have photos used, please notify us in writing prior to setup.

Communication

By submitting an inquiry or booking our services, you consent to receive communications from Brightside Front Porch related to your service, including email and text messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Modifications

Brightside Front Porch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
